Project Manager- Wintara is currently seeking an
experienced Project Manager to lead a range of projects involving
multi-million dollar power generations, construction, and/or maintenance. The
position will require international travel throughout the Middle East and North
Africa. Candidate should have direct experience with and knowledge of
simple and combined cycle power plants; OEM Field Engineer (desired);
Hydroelectric Power Plants; and GE, Siemens or Alstom (desired); MS Office
Suite specifically MS Project. Proven ability to motivate, direct, and
monitor performance of on-site staff and subcontractors; take actions necessary
to deliver customer satisfaction, safety and meet budget requirements. Previous
United States Government contracts experience & Middle East experience is
highly desirable. REQUIRED: BS/ MS in Mechanical or Electrical
Engineering (preferably from a top tier College / University). Fluent in
Arabic- *Desired*.
In addition, candidate should
have strong program management, finance, technical, and solid administrator
experience.
Senior Administrator- Wintara, Inc is recruiting for a Senior
Administrator position at the World Headquarters office, located outside of
Washington, DC. Ideal candidate should have at least 20 years of direct
Military experience to include: Lieutenant Colonel-preferred, Executive
Officer, Commander, Army- Signal or Armor Corp Division- preferred.
In addition,
the candidate should have strong program management, finance, technical, and
solid administrator experience. REQUIRED: Graduate Degree in Business
(preferably from a top tier College / University). Fluent in Arabic- *Desired Job

Support Program Manager/Deputy Program Manager
Program Manager
The PM shall have at least five (5) years of
experience in the areas of program management and international law enforcement
and/or criminal justice assistance and at least ten (10) years of professional
experience. The PM shall have a clearance level of Secret or higher.
Deputy Program
Manager
The DPM shall have at least five (5) years of
experience in the areas of program management and international law enforcement
and/or criminal justice assistance and at least eight (8) years of professional
experience. The DPM shall have overall responsibility for in-country
operations.
All personnel
must have the following minimum qualifications for Program Manager and Deputy
Program Manager.
1. All advisors shall have a combined total of eight
(8) years work experience with at least five (5) years experience in their
relevant field (i.e. for police advisors state, local, country and/or federal
law enforcement service; for corrections advisors correctional service; for
justice advisors as an attorney, judge, or justice sector professional; for
specialist advisors, professional experience directly related to their advisor
skill set)
2. Ability to communicate in English (level 4 written,
level 4 reading comprehension, level 4 speaking)
3. Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to operate
a standard transmission 4x4 vehicle (an International Driving Permit for third
country nationals)
4. Unblemished background
5. Excellent health and be able to pass requisite
physical, medical and psychological tests appropriate to assigned mission/country
6. Valid U.S. passport (except for non – U.S.
citizens)
7. Negotiating, interpersonal and leadership skills
8. The ability and willingness to train other
individuals in their area of expertise
9. Must pass a nine-panel drug test for THC, Cocaine,
PCP (Phencyclidine), Opiates, Methamphetamine, Methadone, Amphetamine,
Barbiturates, and Benzodiazepines.
Locations:
Program countries/areas include Afghanistan, Haiti, Iraq, Kosovo, Lebanon,
Liberia, Sudan, and the West Bank.
