Project Name: Siemens V64.3A Combustion Inspection at Taza Power Plant, Iraq
Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Gulf Region Division
Scope: Combustion inspection of a Siemens V64.3A gas turbine, including the generator, auxiliaries, and BOP. Provided engineering, equipment, parts, repairs, labor, life support, security, start-up and commissioning.
Equipment: Siemens V64.3A Combustion Turbine, Generator, Auxiliaries and BOP
Fuel: Natural Gas
Rating: 65 MW





Project Name: GE Frame 9E Combustion Inspection at Khor Al-Zubair (KAZ) Power Plant, Iraq
Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Gulf Region Division
Scope: Combustion inspection of two (2) General Electric Frame 9E gas turbines, including inspection and repair of the generators, auxiliaries and BOP. Provided engineering, equipment, parts, repairs, labor, life support, security, start-up and commissioning.
Equipment: 2 General Electric Frame 9E Combustion Turbines, Generators, Auxiliaries and BOP
Fuel: Natural Gas
Rating: 123 MW Each





Project Name:GE LM6000 Replacement; Al Qudas and Burzurgan Power Plants, Iraq
Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Gulf Region Division
Scope: Purchase of a new or refurbished GE LM 6000 combustion Turbine: replace an existing unit at Al-Qudas; refurbished removed Al Qudas unit and transported to Burzurgan; removed existing Burzurgan unit, installed the replacement unit and transported the worn unit for refurbishment; transport the refurbished unit to Al Qudas. Provided engineering, equipment, parts, repairs, labor, life support, security, start-up and commissioning at Al Qudas and Burzurgan, Iraq. Inspection and repair of Generators, Auxiliaries and BOP at each station was included in the Scope of Work.

Project Name: Siemens V64.3A & V94.3A Combustion Inspection at Taza Power Plant
Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Gulf Region Division
Scope: Combustion inspection of 1 Siemens V64.3A and 1 Siemens V94.31 gas turbines, including inspection and repair of the generators, auxiliaries and BOP. Provided engineering, equipment, parts, repairs, labor, life support, security, start-up and commissioning.
Equipment: 1 Siemens V64.3A and 1 Siemens V94.3A Gas Turbine & 2 Sets of Generators, Auxiliaries and BOP.
Fuel: Natural Gas
Rating: 65 MW and 260 MW





Project Name: GE TM 2500 Change-out/Refurbishment at Baiji Power Plant, Iraq
Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Gulf Region Division
Scope: Perform GE TM 2500 Combustion Turbine Change-Out/Refurbishment for a total of 6 core engines at Baiji Power Plant. Provide engineering, life support, equipment, parts, repairs, security, transportation and logistics. Additionally perform inspection and repair of turbine auxiliaries, generators and excitation systems. After each installation executed a restart and commissioning.
Equipment: 6 General Electric TM 2500 Gas Turbines, Turbine Auxiliaries, Generators and Excitation Systems.
Fuel: Natural Gas / Diesel
Rating: 23 MW Each





Project Name: Operation and Management, Mussayib Power Plant, Iraq
Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Gulf Region Division
Scope: Provide facility engineering improvements, facility operations, maintenance, and management to include Life Support, PSD Security, Force Protection
Equipment: Ten (10) each, General Electric LM6000 Combustion Turbine, Generator, Auxiliaries and BOP
Fuel: Diesel currently; scheduled for conversion to dual fuel (diesel and natural gas)
Rating: 50 MW each – 500 MW total




Project Name: Siemens V94.2A FOD Repair at Baiji Power Plant
Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Gulf Region Division
Scope: Foreign Object Damage (FOD)  Assessment and Repair of mechanical area that has suffered the incident of a fire in the unit enclosure of one (1) Siemens V94.2 Combustion Turbine Unit including the associated auxiliary systems and equipment
Equipment: Siemens V94.2A Combustion Turbine and BOP
Fuel: Crude Oil
Rating: 126 MW

Project Name: Remote Monitoring System
Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Gulf Region Division
Scope: Provide real-time, continuous remote monitoring from a central location for up to 52 gas turbine generators located throughout Iraq.
Equipment: General Electric TM2500, LM6000, Frame 5, Frame 6 and Frame 9E; Siemens V64.3, V94.2 and V94.3; Pratt & Whitney FT8
Control Systems: GE’s MKV and MKVI; Siemens’ Teleperm XP V7.4 and Teleperm X; Woodward MicroNet, NetCon 5000, and BTEC’s TCP/GE Fanuc



Project Name: Training Simulators
Client: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Gulf Region Division
Scope: Design and Build 2 operators training simulators to cover a variety of gas turbine generators, allowing training in start-up, adverse operating situations and shut-down.
Equipment: GE LM2500 w/ Woodward MicroNet and NetCon 5000 controllers; GE LM6000 w/ Woodward MicroNet, MKVI Millennium and NetCon 5000 controllers; GE Frame 9E with MKV controllers; Siemens V64.3 and V94.3 w/ Teleperm controllers




Project Name:Enterprise Management
Client:  Petrotrin Petroleum Company Trinidad, West Indies
Scope:Communication, Command, Control and Crisis Management Center. Systems Design, Integration, Installation and Training for Enterprise wide security communication solutions that provides for security functional requirements including intelligence, regulation, enforcement, inspection, screening and education of all critical infrastructure users. The Communication Command and Control System will link and provide for information collection, analysis, and sharing among Refinery, all Ports Authorities, Customs Services, Coast Guard, and other organizations as necessary.

Project Name: Cargo Protection
Client: Petrotrin Petroleum Company Trinidad, West Indies
Scope: Systems integration, installation and training services to establish a state-of-the-art Security Command Center which will act as a clearing house for domain information and assist Corporate Security with monitoring operations, identifying potential incidents before they occur, and responding to situations rapidly. It will share a common relevant operating picture among Security Forces. Its capabilities are a common view of the geographic area of the port, integrated facility access, intrusion detection, surveillance equipment, controlled access to underlying information systems and system designs that include off-the-shelf sensors, integrated with command center hardware and software.

Project Name: Shore Protection
Client: Petrotrin Petroleum Company Trinidad, West Indies Scope: "U.S. Coast Guard International Ship and Port Facility Security Solution". Provide engineering and professional services,for the design, production and acquisition of two (2) high speed patrol vessels for mission roles to include patrolling and policing marine and offshore installations. These vessels are state-of-the-art crafts that have outstanding sea keeping capabilities that provide maximum performance in all weather conditions.

Project Name: Integrated Security Management System
Client: US Navy, Subic Bay, Republic of the Philippines
Scope: project involves the design and installation of an Integrated Security Management System for the U.S. Naval Ship Facility at Subic Bay.  This system currently completed consists of: the design and installation of a perimeter, interior, Access Control and CCTV Surveillance and Alarm Assessment System, Communication Network, and Command and Control Center. The tasks for this project have included an on-site survey for IDP development, installation design, hardware software, integration, installation, test and checkout and system training. Developed System Test Plan and Operating and Maintenance Manual for use by the Facility.



Project Name: CCTV Sensor System
Client: Washington Navy Yard, Washington DC
Scope:CCTV Sensor System for 38 zones at the Washington Navy Yard, Washington, D.C. This project has encompassed the design and installation of an Interior Intrusion Detection System to augment an existing system at the WNY, Washington, D.C.  The project included on-site survey, systems development and installation, Communication Network installation, test, checkout and system training.

Training

Project Name: Training Force Protection
Client: Petrotrin Petroleum Company Trinidad, West Indies Scope: Provided a six-week, military training experience, provided hands-on instruction for 30 recruits. The training curriculum focused on topics such as Anti-terrorism, counter-terrorism, bomb threat and disaster recovery. These topics are essential to understanding the role, responsibility and performance requirements for effective security management and policing that is in compliance with the International Shipping and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS) Code.
