performing Power Plant engineering and modernization for turn key
projects involving process, mechanical, civil, electrical and I&C disciplines.
We offer a full range of services including: engineering design, installation
and de-installation, operational maintenance, OEM services, equipment critical
spare parts acquisition - new and refurbished, and transportation and delivery.

Wintara plays a key role in this most critical sector in the Republic of Iraq
and other the Middle East nations. Wintara provides a highly
mobile, engineering Rapid Response Force that repairs and overhauls utility
systems, theatre wide. The team consists of approximately 500 self
sufficient personnel, vehicles and equipment capable of independent operations
in remote, high threat environments.

Wintara has the proven, strong engineering capability,
experience and technologies to deliver "turn-key" systems integration
of BOP specifically tailored to different power plant types, such as oil &
gas fired combined cycle power plants, hydro power plants as well as industrial
sized turbine and boiler power applications. We offer complete engineering,
part supply, logistics, life support, security, installation, commissioning,
testing, and ensure the quality of the BOP integration into the complete
instrument, control, and electrical systems of the customer’s power facility.

Rapid Response Service
Wintara's service solutions are strictly customized in
accordance with each customer’s requirements. Our comprehensive set of service
contracts includes Mobile Rapid Response repair service, spare parts supply,
field service for planned or unplanned maintenance, rehabilitation, revamping,
refurbishment and other upgrades schemes for components and plants.
Recent projects include:
- Removing,
refurbishing to zero hours, reinstalling and commissioning six(6) General
Electric TM2500 gas turbines, with inspection/repair of all auxiliary
systems
- Removing,
refurbishing to zero hours, reinstalling and commissioning General
Electric LM6000 gas turbines including inspection/repair of
auxiliaries
- On-site
engineering and maintenance services to perform a combustion and annual
inspection of a Siemens V64.3A gas turbine including balance of plant
auxiliaries
- On-sote
engineering and maintenance services to perform combustion inspections of
one Siemens V64.3A and one V94.3A gas turbines, plus inspection and repair
of auxillaries
- On-site
engineering and maintenance services to perform combustion inspections of
two (2) General Electric MS9001E gas turbines and their auxiliaries
- Off-site
and on-site engineering services to develop, install and commission a
remote monitoring system that centrally monitors 13 remote power plants
encompassing 51 gas turbines

and on-site engineering services to develop, install and commission
training simulators that represents six(6) unique gas turbines and
controller combinations

site engineering service to design and build state of the art Power
Generation Remote Monitoring Center to include all technologies
solutions

training of cusotmer operators for six(6) controller combinations, in startup,
operation and shutdown of gas turbine generators
