courses to effectively train instructors. These "train the trainers"
courses include complete lesson plans and curriculums that

One
example of our successful
strategy has been applied to the Iraqi power
industry in the form of portable operation simulators, used by Wintara
instructors as training tools to facilitate Iraqi plant operators to
experience
startup, deal with operation alarms and perform shutdowns of varied gas
turbine
generators, without the associated equipment risks and time
requirements of
learning by "practical experience".
